Abstract: Together with the changing living conditions and emerging new technology branches, there is an increase in the environmental problems in the face of the increasing population, the needs of the urban residents, the urbanization rates and the consumption elements. From this point of view, it is necessary to make use of the innovations brought by technology to produce solutions to human needs and urban problems and to maximize the quality of life of the city.
